Reception
McDreams is a digital hotel without a reception. You are welcome to check in online or via our self-check-in machine. We are happy to answer any questions you may have by telephone on 089/90429870.
Online check-in
Welcome to the future. You can check in online at any time. Just activate your digital room key in your guest login on the day of arrival. You will be notified as soon as your room is ready for you.
24h check-in at the terminal
You will find the self-check-in machine in the entrance area. You can check yourself in with just a few clicks on the touchscreen. You can access your room details via your preferred communication channel.
Check-in/Check-out
Arrival: from 3 pm
Departure: by 11 am
Parking
Start and finish your trip relaxed. Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel. Parking permit is available at the reception.
Train
From Essen main station, you can reach the hotel by bus (line 611) in 13 minutes. Get off at the bus stop „Treppenstraße“. Timetables can be obtained from Deutsche Bahn.
Breakfast
To get your day off to a swift start, we recommend the bistro at 'Markant' petrol station (directly outside the hotel).
Luggage
Your suitcase, travel bag or backpack will find a safe place in our luggage compartments in the lobby area.
Dogs
We look forward to welcoming your best friend, because four-legged companions are very welcome at the McDreams Hotel. You can register up to two dogs per room. For the cozy overnight stay we charge EUR 10 per dog/night. (bookable via your guest login).
Baby cot
Cuddly bunny? All children under the age of two stay free of charge in their parents' bed. We charge EUR 10 per stay for a baby crib (bookable via your guest login).
